We have fascinating 1 hour Moscow Market Tour, followed to exciting Cooking Classes.

In a market tour you will learn how to evaluate quality and select the best fresh seasonal product, the history of markets, foods and some cultural and cooking traditions. You will purchase the products for the cooking class and go the school for a cooking.

In the homely cooking school you’ll learn to cook delicious Russian dishes using local products from the Moscow region. With the guidance of an English speaking chief you will cook a great Russian 3 course menu and enjoy real Russian food.

Most popular dishes you can learn to cook: “bliny” (pancakes), “pelmeni” (boiled pastry with minced meat), “borsch” (filling meat anf beatroot soup) and other dishes.

If markets is your passion – welcome to Extended Moscow Market Tour where in addition to main Moscow market you will see the biggest Russian food market (outside Moscow) and recently renovated trendy market place in the city.

For the most demanding gourmets we have prepared some special menus based on cooking traditions of Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and all the former Soviet Union countries, special baking lessons, historical meals (recipes from the Tsar and Nobleman Feasts). We organize children’s special events and celebrations, gourmet traveling to taste the finest foods of Russia.

Our kitchen is homelike and fully equipped for cooking classes. The classes are held in English and cover all details of European cooking methodology (hands-on cooking).
